Wire Straightener and Cutting Machine V2

The second-generation Automatic Wire Straightener features an upgraded feeder, straighteners, and software! The new wire feeder houses four urethane drive rollers in a beautiful CNC machined aluminum and polycarbonate frame. On the straightener side, there are 7 individually adjustable rollers per plane in a compact anodized aluminum frame. As always the straighteners are modular and can be interchanged as needed. Finally, the new software allows for faster speeds and more user adjustments including acceleration, length calibration, and selectable units.
 
The automatic wire straightener will feed, straighten, and cut soft wire to length. Setup is as easy as adjusting the drive roller tension, setting up the dual plane straighteners, inputting the length, count, speed and pressing START. This desktop unit can be placed anywhere the processing of wire is needed on your production line.
